First off if you drive up, youre bombarded with AI asking you what you want, I asked it 3x's to give me a minute, but every time I talked to the people in my car to get their order I would be interrupted by the damn AI. I FINALLY told the AI to shut up and then the manager finally makes himself known and tells me that I shouldnt tell his precious AI to shut up. Keep in mind I had no idea there was even a person on the line as I had asked numerous times to give me a minute. Instead of the manager being professional the dude continued to argue with me until I realized I wasnt going to support this establishment any more despite being quite close, and now I look at their 2.9 star review on Google and think that manager may be in the wrong industry. They have an amazing location to do big things with, and they just don't seem to care. Always short-staffed. Many times the dining area is closed. And food sometimes comes out cold. Such a disappointment for a very nice upgrade!
