He also forgot to give me the sauce the first time, so I went back to ask for it. Instead of just handing it over, he checked his system like I was asking for a free extra and then claimed he had “already put it in.” Seriously? McDonald’s was never like this before. The whole experience ruined the dine-in visit.

It was in my bite as I was chewing. I felt something hard and spit this out tried calling and it takes you to a random voicemail and nobody answers the phone so if somebody can contact me or give me a number to call I want my money back and at least because you could’ve just made my toddler choke on this piece of plastic, whatever toy inside of his cheeseburger and a happy meal for under three childthat is unacceptable. I have also called about 10 times and nobody answers this is unacceptable. You can’t even get a hold of somebody. I’m not driving back up there. You guys need to make this right I need at least my money back and you’re being thankful that my child didn’t choke or break your tooth on this piece of plastic inside his happy meal cheeseburger. I have reported to McDonald’s.com and I am looking forward to hearing back from somebody as soon as possible.
