    Part of my cancer cure has been a keto diet. I eat the 1/2lb roast beef sandwich and throw away the bun. That is only 410 calories. I'm supposed to eat 2000 calories per day. Sometimes I eat 2 1/2 lb roast beef sandwiches for a meal. Every blue moon I allow myself a chocolate shake.

    We get carry-out a couple times a month. We order in the app. There's always good deals to choose from. The food is always good and so is the service. I've rarely had any issues but they are always helpful and friendly if you do.
