  I was scammed out of a $10 order because they wanted to close 15 minutes early, and lie about confirming my order. Writing this from the parking lot, as we’re waiting to make a breakfast order. We mobile ordered at 3:45 and arrived at 3:52 for a dinner order. They informed us they were closed to change over to breakfast. I politely asked if i could still get my order, and they replied no. i understood and went to cancel my order and/or request a refund. The app did not allow me to, because they had already processed the order and claimed they “started working on it.” The app told me I needed to process the refund with the employees inside. (Yes, i know that is almost never the case) so i called the store and they said the following. 1. They did NOT confirm the order 2. The refund automatically processes after a couple business days? even without a refund request. Obviously these were 2 flat out lies. regardless, we drove from grand rapids for food. i’m leaving this rating after being scammed, and told all I can do is wait. They want me to forget about it, i assume. Love this in Standale.

  For some context, I work nights. This location has their "serving dinner" time set until 4 am. The app will only let you order what is available. I wasted a decent portion of my break driving here just because they were still serving dinner options, only to be met with a "We aint takin orders." I asked if I could get my order refunded and was answered with "I dont know." Like what are we doing? Your app says its serving dinner for another half hour. if the times are different then change them.

  Employees were rude and fighting paid for my order waited 30 minutes to never receive my food

  Do not pull forward if they ask you to. They will just forget about you and you will have to get out of the car and go inside tonget the rest of your order.
