  I placed a large catering order 48 hours in advance for an 11am pickup time. The order was for 9 party trays for a corporate lunch that was scheduled for 120 employees at 12pm. When I arrived at the location, there were no customers. I walked in and they immediately informed me that they were “a little behind” on the order. I sat down to wait and eventually realized the order hadn’t even been started. I waited over an hour for them to make my order without any updates. After about 45 minutes, I asked how much longer it would take so I could get word to the 120 employees that were waiting for their lunch. They said “about 10-15 more minutes.” I made a quick call to let everyone know the food would be there 15 minutes past their scheduled time. That was a lie. It took 30 minutes for them to complete my order AFTER the 45 minutes I had already waited. All they did was say “sorry for the wait!” I would suggest if this ever happens again to anyone that they either A. Call the customer ahead of time to let them know the order is delayed. B. Offer delivery instead of letting the customer wait for 75 minutes. C. Offer some sort of discount or free sides to accommodate the 120 people that had to cut their lunch short. D. Offer to carry the boxes to the vehicle. They did absolutely nothing to make it right. Overall it was extremely inconsiderate and showed incredibly poor planning on their end. I feel 48 hours is enough notice to know what time you need to start prepping or add additional staff. If you do place an order at this location, maybe give them 2 weeks notice and place your order 3 hours before the scheduled lunch time.

  I think this is my new favorite sub shop. The staff is super polite too.

  Chicken bacon ranch. Minus the chicken and bacon?? You’re charging for bread and soggy lettuce
