    Pulled in at 1am and was told they weren't taking orders for the next hour because they were waiting on the night crew to come in. There was a cashier and a manager that I seen...just lazy

    The young lady with glasses at the drive-thru spoke to me before I fully pulled up and repeatedly cut me off saying “that’s why I asked, that’s why I asked” when I tried to explain I had a mobile order. Just felt rushed and rude when there were no people there.

    Went through the drive-thru and ordered a meal with a large Coke and large fry. I was given a medium fry by mistake, so I went inside to politely let them know. Instead of simply fixing it, the employee was extremely rude and actually accused me of trying to get free food. I wasn’t hostile, I wasn’t trying to argue — I just wanted the correct order. As a business owner myself, I would never allow anyone on my staff to treat a customer this way, especially over something that was clearly a simple mistake. This review is really for the owner or manager: your staff training and customer service at this location seriously needs attention. Very disappointing experience over something that should have been an easy fix.

    I ordered a TRIPLE cheeseburger, as well as pause the price for a TRIPLE cheeseburger, and I only got a double. On top of that, it was cold and the cheese was not melting at all. I also asked for extra caramel for my caramel frappe, and I got the same amount I would have if I didn’t ask.

    Watched my mobile order sit on the drive thru counter for 10 minutes before an employee finally came around just to throw straws in the bag and hand it out. Food was hard, cold and dry. Order was incorrect and missing sauce. 0/5
