  I am so disappointed terrible service. I was here last night on Thursday around 5 and I ended up getting charged $56. My bill was $14 paid part with a gift card other part with a card. I proceed to call them, girl on the phone was very rude saying why would you call when this happened yesterday. She proceeds to say I can’t deal with this didn’t want to get a manager was put on hold. I go up there talk to the manager John I believe he proceeds to blame me as saying the server thought you gave him a $56 tip. Mind you the bill I paid was $3 and something in change. They tried to blame me for why I got overcharged. Unbelievable I am so disappointed terrible management no apologies no can we offer you anything for the inconvenience. I will never eat at this location again.

A problem for your expectations, your time management, and your belief that you were “just stopping in for one drink.” This human highlight reel slings drinks faster than the TVs switch games, remembers orders like they’ve got ESPN running in their brain, and somehow keeps everyone laughing while the bar is three deep and absolute chaos is happening everywhere else. You don’t ask for a refill — it just appears. Scientists should honestly study this. Alex balances humor, speed, and professionalism like it’s nothing. One minute they’re cracking jokes, the next they’re running the bar with military precision. You feel seen. You feel hydrated. You feel like you made the right life choices by sitting there. If Alex is behind the bar, cancel your plans. You’re not leaving anytime soon. Tip well, say thank you, and emotionally prepare yourself for disappointment the next time you sit at a bar without Alex. 10/10 Would rearrange my schedule again 🍻😄

  Did a pick up order from here for the Super Bowl. Spent $209, none of the wings had hardly any sauce on them, just left on a counter nothing to keep them warm, never got our several order of fries with the wing bundles, ordered celery as a side for it and they gave us carrots instead. I have no desire to go back to a Buffalo Wild Wings after this. Sure didn’t drop $200 to just get a bunch of unsauced wings. I only ordered one extra side sauce which wasn’t even halfway filled up. This place and the staff are ridiculously incompetent.
