This place do not care to check the bags before sending it out to delivery because it been 3 times they forgot my ranch and let’s face it that’s the most important part of the food and they would not exchange give me back a few dollars and I get talked to rudely I do not recommend this spot

Placed an order for 5 people, missing all the dips (6 sides) for tenders and wings, food cold, missing 2 drinks, and wings barely had sauce. Called to see if dips and drinks can be credited. Timothy- the manager said no, he can write it down but he is "firm" that we need to drive there to get missing items. That's a hugw inconvenience. Definitely wish I wouldve waited to consider a tip.Over an 80 dollar order and tip. Its crazy that he was rude and unflexible about making the order right. He actually proceeded to hang up on me when I said a credit in the book for our dips and drinks is not helpful. Credits written in the book get lost and they question you when you come in. This is very disappointing and not how customers should be taken care of.
