  placed an online order at 4:46 pm and waited an 30 minutes before coming into the store and asking about what happened to my order and i was told that my order was never even made or placed through they're system properly. wasted 30 minutes parked, nobody came out and asked what we were waiting on, and i've had bad service from this place before. honestly just don't even come here, bunch of kids literally jumping out of the driver through window and then rude woman at night. shame.

  Ordered a Bacon double deluxe and a chili . What comes on a Bacon cheeseburger ? That's right ! Bacon ! So why does mine not have Bacon ? Come on people ! I don't have all day ! I didn't even get a drink and it was $13 dollars . Thankfully I was dining in so the problem was taken care of . And the woman at the register offered me a free drink . So was happy about that . Just something I shouldn't have to deal with .

  I don't typically write bad reviews but I feel compelled to. After waiting about 20 minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru, I finally got my food. Then I was missing 2 burgers. Had to go back in, luckily I checked before I left because I live 5 miles from there. It is the only Wendy's within like 6-7 miles and Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger. All 4 of our burgers were absolutely terrible and dried out, fries were under cooked. This was by far the worst fast food I have EVER had, and I travel a ton and unfortunately have to eat more fast food than a person probably should. I dont really ever have high expectations for fast food, but this was absolutely terrible and my wife and I didnt even finish our food and tossed it out, my son ate his but was not happy. You really need to do better Wendy's. And this isn't the first bad experience, I have given them several tries and they miss the mark every time. This was definitely my last try with them.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Being in the neighborhood such as this there are expectations for all restaurants. I don't know who is allowing food to come out or food that has been sitting around to even be served at all, It's really disgusting 🤮 and quite disturbing. Should not have to chuck $20 worth of food.

  I was there today, April 13th, around 6:30 PM. Use my rewards to get a free sandwich and the girl saying, you still love 16 cents? She, when she took my order, she wasn't cheerful at all, she just counted, sounded ticked off, didn't want to be at work. I really need to find that confident, and then when I got my free burger. It was dry, as a bone, i'm very disappointing, will not be back
