  Food was okay... Except for the fact I ordered a triple double layer crunch wrap and got a regular one. There were also another food item missing but judging from the the reviews on Google involveing this place they do forget items. Best advice is to double check your order before leaving.

  We had ordered a two boxes and a chicken quesadilla at 12:19AM and drove to the restaurant and got there by 12:40AM. When we received the food, the food was mashed into a small paper bag, everything was mixed together and it was difficult to figure out which things were which. Other Taco Bells would place their items in the food boxes because we had ordered a Luxe Box and a Custom Box, as well as a Chicken Quesadilla on the side. By the time, we got back to the house, the food order was missing the Chips/Sauce and the Chicken Quesadilla. We drove back and got to the location around 1:23AM and waited on the Drive-Thru and after waiting several minutes for the car in front of us, we told the crew member that the items were missing. Upon coming to the drive-thru counter, we were met with questions of what time we were there. He insisted that we were there Two (2) hours before and he argued with us that our order was Two (2) hours ago. We looked at the email and said we ordered at 12:20AM. He further stated it was at 12:15AM and that it was 1:40AM (in reality, the phone clock was at 1:30AM, but alright), and it was two hours ago that the order was picked up. Rather than just giving us the missing food, there was no apology and he was extremely rude and argumentative. Hey, next time, place the food in actual boxes as it was ordered and maybe we wouldn't have to drive back and then leave a nasty review... but maybe that's what you guys want.

  It’s been such a long time since I’ve had a perfect Taco Bell order. This location makes it fresh, right, and with a smile. Thank you for a good dinner on my way home after a long shift!

  This was honestly ridiculous. My order was already picked up (likely stolen), and instead of helping fix the situation, this location refused to remake it and started threatening to call the police on delivery drivers who were just trying to help. Completely unprofessional and handled in the worst way possible. I ended up waiting over an hour with no food and dealing with unnecessary stress because of how poorly this was handled. Do better.
