  Oh my fire everyone all I ordered was a fish fillet meal it seemed like the fish was tampered with or they broke it as they fried it and was like a puzzle trying to put together at least put another filet instead this happened on 4-2 around 1125pm so pathetic

  I came to the drive thru and i had came to the first window to pay and emily was just full with happiness and a good smile. she’s respectful, has good manners, and makes sure it’s the right order i was paying for. such a friendly smile and such good good service!! Definitely deserves a raise.

  Pulled up- all dark, no lights on! I honestly thought they lost power or were closed- nope! He acted surprised about being all dark- but we both know he knew- lights got turned on while I was waiting for my food- We wanted to try the NEW arch burger- let me just say it wasn’t very good! No sauce hardly and was dry and lacked everything it says is on the burger! Terrible!

  Super unhappy!! I ordered a PRICY Big Arch meal, no substitutions and drove all the way home to find that the arch sandwich mistakenly put into my bag was a special order...NO sauce or Onions! That was the point in paying for this sandwich!!! Employee was yelling out the window for me to pull up so close to the car in front of me as to touch his bumper(unsafe) that my food was the least of her concerns. No one answers the phone, sandwich is ruined, and I'm out money as I live way too far away to go back and have them fix their screw up! You suck!!!!! Bad McDonald's franchise!!!!! I feel ripped off!!!! Also, two large fries but all wilted....not a firm fry out of two large fries. This meal couldn't have been worse! The fake complaint website don't work!!
