Always an issue with this location. Poor service, every time. My order was wrong, yet again, and that completely annoyed the worker and she gave me even more attitude. Don't work in customer service if you can't provide it.

This is a newly remodeled Wendy's, so it was very nice overall. We came in 9 pm at night. Every table needed to be wiped off and the floor was sticky. I ordered a large chili soup and a bacon cheese burger. The food tasted fine. But the chili was lukewarm and the burgers were cold. My husband said his food was cold too. The man at the counter was friendly and nice. Cold/lukewarm chili is so disappointing when you are expecting a hot bowl of chili. We really like Wendy's, but with places like culver's around they really need to step up their game.

This was one of the worst hamburgers I ever had. Cold, disgusting, dried up meat with unmelted cheese, cold nuggets. I think I'm going to throw up. Never again. This place should be shut down asap.

Combo #7 overpriced, drive-thru server not sure whether fries were included, upgraded us to large drinks without asking and charged us extra! Very dry attitude, not customer satisfaction oriented at all! Will not return to that walton Blvd, Rochester Hills location ! Very disappointed overall with food and especially with service actually lack of service!!!
