I ordered a large chili soup and a bacon cheese burger. The food tasted fine. But the chili was lukewarm and the burgers were cold. My husband said his food was cold too. The man at the counter was friendly and nice. Cold/lukewarm chili is so disappointing when you are expecting a hot bowl of chili. We really like Wendy's, but with places like culver's around they really need to step up their game.
