McKinley was far beyond nice and went out his way for our needs and we really appreciate that good customer service we really enjoyed our time eating at Taco Bell and the order was out in a flashđź’¨

The secret here is order from the value menu. Example: nachos on the value menu with extra meat is 3.99 vs regular nachos at 6.99. It's the same thing.

Put barly any meat in wrap like I could not even see it and charge 7$ and when I went back they said that’s what it comes with

Not a worker in sight for a long time , eventually just walked out and brought my money elsewhere . place was in disarray and disgusting. Will never be back!

We went through the drive thru. The typical automated voice came on, no real voice the automated (AI) voice is now taking the order. They couldn’t get it right. I hate automated phone systems and can’t believe now they’re taking over drive thrus. I had to request a real person to get my order correct. Worker at the window said he can’t do anything about it.
