Customer service is nonexistent here. No one greeted me or asked if I had ordered yet. When my food was done the young man slapped my bag on the counter without so much as a word or eye contact, and turned around a corner to get my drink without any basic communication, leaving me wondering if he was even going to get it. When he returned he held it out to me, again without a word or eye contact. Literally no one spoke to me. When I got to my car my fries were borderline soggy and my burger was slapped together sloppily and had onions that were sliced way too thick. Being short on time because I went for a quick bite before work, and with the experience I had, a complaint was pointless. I don't expect much when going to a mcdonalds, but this was the worst experience I have had. They weren't even busy, so it's not like I could give a pass due to high order volume. I worked in food service for over 10 years and I can't believe the lack of service I received here. Next time I want a quick burger before work, I'll just go to burger king down the road.
