She Went down the street to the New mound location and asked for that simple request and they go it done with no problem but yet again this location wants to charge us a $1 for that request just say your lazy and don’t want to do it, LMAO what a joke of a team for Saturday.

I got nothing -- no response. Case numbers: 33463651, 33548180, and 34138801. Ordered on the app and paid. Went to pick up my food and saw the order was canceled (not by me). The notification said they would refund my money; they did NOT. I went to the restaurant and the combative manager said they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I sent emails to McDonald's HQ and they did NOTHING. Good thing the CC company could claw my money back. Took a couple months, but I got my money back. I will never go to McDonald's again.
