This location does not make their own donuts.. they come from elsewhere in the morning.. which is probably why they are sold out of everything everyday, but their basic options, by noon. I spent days checking the app to see if 2 donut options were in stock, and finally.. 1/2 of them were, the main option my boyfriend and I wanted (cheesecake).. the website said it was in stock and available, so I put in an online pick up order an hour ahead of time, then drove 25-30 mins to pick the order up.. I picked up my order, only to get in the car and notice the box says something was substituted.. shocker, it was the cheesecake.. I go back inside for a refund, which took 3 employees and 5+ mins to complete, apparently.. while I waited, an employee - a nice gentleman with colorful glasses, explained they don't make their products and only get so many, and how I could go about getting what I wanted the next time I buy something.. the staff taking care of my refund, kept bitching at him for talking to me.. he told me I could keep the 3 donuts, and get my refund.. cool, I wasted 30 mins and my gas, tried ordering an hour ahead, and wasn't told ahead of time about the substitution, after waiting days for something to be in stock... when the manager, a short, older black lady, came to give me my refund receipt, she had a stank look on her face, didn't say anything to me, and snatched the box of donuts from in front of me.. I told her that he said I could have them, and all she said was, "you got your refund" and walked away from me, and didn't want to give me the time of day. I gave her a piece of my mind as I was leaving, which she engaged back in.. I will be reporting this. Terrible management, and the food was old anyways.
