- LGLauren Grandberry6 days ago1.0This place has gone down ALOT since I was younger. The games barely work correctly. The bartender, Tyler, wasn’t good. My guy informed him that he was allergic fish but not shellfish, multiple times. We ordered shrimp And calamari. Tyler checked to see if the shrimp was fried in the same grease but not the calamari and proceeded to allow us to eat it. Soon as my guy bit into one he could taste the fish and instantly started feeling sick. Tyler’s just standing there like it’s no big deal “take it off you bill?” Uhmm yes. Tyler was very inattentive to us. The bar was dirty. We asked him to clean it, he half way wiped. I had to physically grab the rag myself and wipe the bar. For how much money spent, this was unacceptable! I wanted to talk to a manager but as I stated he started feeling sick instantly so we had to leave quickly. Dave and busters needs to lower those prices for those terrible games that’s been in here over 10 years OR DO BETTER!!

The two onsite managers were unable—or unwilling—to resolve the issue and showed no accountability or urgency. What was meant to be a special experience for our kids turned into disappointment and frustration. Extremely poor management and customer service. We left with a very bad taste and would not recommend this location.

Waitress has walked past me about 30 times. Hasn’t made contact yet. I’ll keep you posted. Turning into a terrible Christmas for my kids because of a lazy staff here. Highly disappointed. As a divorced dad just trying to use this little time I have today to give them joy and here we are being ignored at our table for the better part of an hour now.

To say they accommodated me, was an understatement, not only squeezing a time slot in for me last minute, assisting during the event, but even after. All the staff took care of my guests with patience, care and were very attentive and proactive. I can't speak higher of the staff on duty, 12/13/2025. Thank you all for everything, as well as the party planners that made a special day an absolute breeze.
