  Really love this place esp. on Wednesday! The staff is always super nice and the food is great but I’m kind of turned off to the fact they are charging almost $15 for a glass of house wine , this isn’t the Whitney it’s supposed to be for a good time out with friends the only place I have paid that much for a glass of wine is luxury dining even sporting events do not charge that amount.

  Dropped my daughter off for a bday party. I understand the concept of playing games for tickets but I do feel they overcharge a little for the items of choice especially when the tickets cost so much more to earn. I get that the entire gimmick but it would make it's a little more fair if you brought the cost of the tickets down on some items or offered more tickets during game time. The crazy thing is is that if you asked just to purchase the item without earning /using the tickets, it costs more! A majority of those items, in fact, all of them can be gotten at other stores for much, much cheaper which is what most parents end up deciding (especially if it's something the kid really wants) to just buy rather than spend more money on games and trying to earn ridiculous amounts of countless tickets. Like I said I understand the logistics of this kind of arcade place. However, there have been other places where the amount of tickets are easier to achieve as well as the items available for purchase with such tickets. Anyone remember Major Magics or even that place with cheese and a rat (trying to not mention to many specifics...lol) bottom line is, Dave & Buster's used to seem more affordable than it is now but I definitely would consider coming back just for the environment and the food is good too.

  Overall decent experience except for the server watching me like a hawk with the handheld. Wanted to do the math on a 20% tip, but not including the cost of my very pricey Power Card for the Eat & Play. Didn't feel like I needed to tip on that, but it just made for an uncomfortable situation and me having to choose a custom tip in front of her and then still tipping well beyond 20% when 20% was too generous to begin with.

  The experience provided was horrible. Lack of service, and staff. The server didnt come to the table until 30 minutes and the food took even longer. Once the food arrived the server gave the incorrect table the order in which the guest started to eat the order and then once the server realized the error he tried to give us the food that was placed in front of the incorrect guest. This was unacceptable. Now the remake of the food was even longer. The play cards were not activated once given by server. The kids attempted to use the cards and each card declined. This was the most disappointing visit especially for the amount of money spent. The manager took the food back, but for the food to be placed in front of the incorrect guest and then attempted to give to the correct guest shouldn't have been an option. Very disgusting.
