  March 1, 2026 10:00p.m. Hi, I have been to this location multiple times with my family for birthdays mostly. Tonight at around 4:30p.m., we all ordered at the same time. Raina was our waitress. She put in our order (7 people) and everyone's food came except mines. I was told after 15-20 minutes of everyone eating that my original order was possibly given to someone else. She stated that was going to be free and she would try to get $5 off as well. I was assuming my order would be free period and she would give $5 off of the full bill. It was misunderstood. My food finally came about 40 minutes after everyone was done eating, put their remaining food in their to go trays and went to play games. I was still waiting. She brought my food to me finally. I was still under the assumption that the food was free. About 1 and a half later, we were paying bills. She then got to me and asked if I had paid my bill. I was confused, I stated that I thought it was free. She stated it is not, they will not allow that. They gave her a hard time to even take off of the other burger that she told them I never got. I asked for the manager. She stated she would get me the "best" one. She sent Kyle. I expressed to Kyle that I didn't get my food until about 40 minutes after everyone else and I did not feel I should have to pay for the meal. He asked if I got the meal and if I ate the food, I stated yes eventually. He stated, then he is not able to take it off the bill. He offered to give me tickets for games. I told him no, so he said okay and walked away. He, from my recollection, never apologized. I also explained what I heard the waitress say. He did not seem to care at all. I updated Raina and she was disappointed and sorry for my disappointment and that how he was not accommodating. She was very nice. I told her I will not be back and asked her to tell him too. I am appalled that I was going to have to pay for a meal I never received. That is ridiculous to me. I cannot believe I would have had to pay for what I didn't get as well as something else if I wanted to eat. This place management is unacceptable. Please be careful dining here.

  We had such an amazing experience at Dave & Buster's thanks to our server, Emily Riley! She did an incredible job serving us and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. You can truly tell she cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Emily went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and because of her outstanding service, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Emily, for doing such an amazing job!

  We had an 8pm reservation for 4 people. We didn’t get sat until at least 830 but they were very busy so we understood a little delay. They sat us at our table, the waiter expressed it could be up to an hour for our food - we thought, okay no problem. 2 HOURS later, no food and no refill on any drinks, even water. We started to realize everyone around us also didn’t have any food, nor did we hardly even see any servers around anymore. 10:30 rolls around and we finally catch our server and I ask what is going on, and he truly didn’t have an answer. I said, are we getting our food at all anytime soon?? He couldn’t answer. We immediately requested the bill and left. I even regret paying for the drinks we got because we waisted our entire evening sitting at a table. Zero communication or updates. We didn’t get to play any games, and we were starving. We weren’t offered any type of compensation. Extremely disappointing.

  We went here yesterday and I completely understand it was busy for Valentine’s Day. HOWEVER, on top of the service being slow, our waitress never gave us silverware or waters. After asking numerous time (and nicely) for waters we were only brought one. I ordered the Million Dollar Rita which was $20 and I didn’t get one single garnish. It’s suppose to come with a glitter bomb, that didn't happen. Which like I said I don’t usually mind that but to charge $20 for a drink and not even give me any of the appealing parts of the drink. I could’ve ordered a cheap margarita. The waitress never cleared our empty glasses so we could barely get our food on the table because there was no space. It was not a good dining experience. I would however recommend the arcade side. But I was deeply disappointed.

  THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING...REPEAT DISGUSTING! I TOOK MY FAMILY FROM OUT OF TOWN TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE & I REGRET EVEN CHOSE THIS PLACE. NOW WE ENTER GET SEATED THE SEVER CAME OVER & SNEEZED IN FRONT MY AUNT DIDN'T COVER HIS MOUTH! THEN MY AUNT HAD TO GO WASH HER FACE & HANDS. I ASKED FOR THE TABLE TO BE CLEANED THEN ASKED FOR ANOTHER SERVER. I WAS TOLD WE WERE SEATED IN THIS SERVERS STATION. OKAY....WE HAD TO WAIT 20 MINS FOR SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN THE TABLE. WHEN I ASKED THE SERVER TO GO WASH HIS HANDS I WATCHED HIM GO IN THE BACK & HE DIDN'T RETURN FOR ALMOST 45 MINS. LUCKILY THE LITTLE ONES WERE HAVING A GOOD TIME PLAYING GAMES. WE ALL ORDERED DIFFERENT FOODS FOR TASTING EACH OTHERS DIFFERENT ORDERS. FIRST OF ALL THE FOOD CAME OUT ON DIRTY DISHES. 3 OF THE DRINKS WERE IN DIRTY CUPS. 2 OF THE CUPS HAD GNATS IN THEM. WE COULDN'T DRINK IT. I SENT IT BACK. I BELIEVE THEY TOOK THE SAME FOOD OFF THE DIRTY PLATE & JUST REPLATED IT & GAVE US DRINKS IN TO GO CUPS. I ASKED FOR APPETIZER PLATES TO SHARE. THEY WERE ALL DIRTY DRIED STUCK ON FOOD & SAUCE. I SENT EVERYTHING BACK & WE LEFT. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE AGAIN. AS MUCH AS YOU ALL CHARGE FOR A GOOD TIME THE EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE . I THINK DAVE & BUSTERS SHOULD RE-TRAIN & RE- EVALUATE ALL STAFF OR JUST RETHINK WHO IS WORKING FOR THEM ALL TOGETHER. NO PRIDE IN GIVING SERVICE. BUT IM SURE THEY ARE WAITING ON THE TIPS. THIS PLACE IS JUST DISGUSTING. 1 STAR FOR NOTHING!👎
