    Unfortunately it was comical. Walked in with the intention of dining in. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter to be helped, someone came from just behind the food counter to say "it'll be a few minutes" all the while they were taking and finishing orders for drive thru. Another 5 minutes passes and more people walk in, still we have not been asked for our order. But still more drive thru cars are taken care of. We left and went to McDonald's. Will not return

    Ordered a chicken bacon swiss combo but when i got home i found out they gave me chicken cordon bleu that was smothered in mayo. I hate mayo, absolutely disgusting, which is why i didn’t order that.

    PLEASE give WILLIAM a new job! Today I visited your drive-thru. William took my order in which you could tell he was not interested in being at work today! He was short and pushed me through my oder. I asked two questions in which he was very aggravated. Then I pull up behind the car that was in front of me that previously placed their order in front of me. The driver handed back over two drinks back through the window inside the restaurant. Then they handed the car in front of me, her bag of food. She pulled away. I pulled up to the window next in which William ( on his name tag) refurbished the used ice from the car in front of me and handed the refurbished soda to myself! I went to hand that soda back and he answered back with "he couldn't touch my cup" ---he just took the cups back from the previous car in front of me! I literally live 2 minutes from your establishment, my food was $20.84. I just spent that amount on food that was a TOTAL waste. And was ice cold! I WILL NOT be returning back to your restaurant. WHO EVER THOUGHT WILLIAM WAS A GOOD CHOICE FOR A MANAGER SHOULD RETHINK THIS POSITION! I never knew you could give food from a previous customer and pass along to the customer following behind! Sounds like maybe a call to Corporate should be given to inform the reuse of food to future customers ???? Also, is this normal practice for William? And is he allowed to reuse ice? What else is being given over to your customers from the previous just because William is having a bad day. Just a side note...the young girl that was working with William, asked " what he was doing "! The drive-thru window was open!
