  I am writing to report an unacceptable delivery experience with a driver named Rob. I had requested contactless delivery for my order due to a medical condition, with clear instructions to leave it at the door. My mother answered and informed him of this, mentioning that she would open the door shortly. Just needed literally one moment. Instead of waiting, Rob aggressively demanded a signature and shouted through the door that he would return the order to the store if it wasn’t signed immediately. He repeatedly knocked over ten times in under a minute while my mother was quickly preparing to open the door, instead of being understanding that if someone clicks option online “leave at door” and they unexpected ask you to still open it, you’d have to get ready unprepared. When the order was finally received, his attitude was rude and hostile, as well as scary to stand there creating uncomfortable atmosphere in a place that’s supposed feel safe. He threatened take it back to store or open door before she opened it, even after she agreed & said it’d be a moment, which also made her feel a bit scared because of his tone. As if it was a threat or something. This all happened in span of 4 minutes. This situation could have been entirely avoided if he had followed the delivery instructions and exercised patience as that is his job, this is first time in my life I’ve ever made a review or complaint on anyone. His behavior made us feel unsafe and disrespected in personal dpace, especially considering my medical condition and the brief time my mother needed to open the door. We regularly tip for our deliveries at this location at least $5 EVERY time, but this was a prepaid card I used from my birthday & only had $15 on it so we used it for this one pasta . Regardless, his aggressive behavior was completely uncalled for and seemed retaliatory because this one time I couldn’t tip bc there was only one payment method. I request that this incident be reviewed, and appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen again to other elders or people like myself with conditions. We did receive this coupons moments after, saying dominos let us down. Assuming because yall are aware he’s a horrible delivery person.
