When I went inside and asked if my order was ready, they said no. So I sat and waited patiently for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I just stood up and got in line because they still had not started my order. What is the point of calling and placing a pickup order if I'm still going to have to go inside and place my order anyways!? The whole point of calling in an order is so it's ready when you get there. I think 25 minutes should be sufficient enough time to make a sandwich AND make it RIGHT!
