  I used to like this location but the service at a certain time is horrible..she came from the back with a stanky look on her face. Like she ain't wanna do her job. Payed for the order she act like she ain't wanna pick the salad up put it in a bag and hand it to me.

  I stopped in the other week on short notice, and it turned out to be a great decision. I’ll admit, I haven’t had Subway in quite some time, and the item I was originally looking for was no longer on the menu. Instead of this being a disappointment, the experience was enhanced by the staff’s thoughtful and attentive service. The employees working that day were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to guide me through ordering in a simpler manner, suggested different ways to customize a sub, even sharing their personal favorites to make. I will 100% be returning, not only for the food, but for the exceptional customer service I received. Jamie B. and Hanna, thank you for your kindness and for serving the Troy community so well.

  I tried finding a place online with Subway directly to provide them feedback on my visit with their Sub Artist, Blake, on Thursday the 8th. He had a very positive attitude and is motivated to provide good service. Really hope he is even some direct affirmation. This storefront is on a prime busy corner location, and he's a great addition to the experience.

  Best rated subway in 10 miles. I walked in at 5pm and was told by the worker he was going on break. So I just don't get to order? One star for poor management. 0 stars for the guy that could not just make a sub.
