    I was ready to enjoy a great Sonic burger , the sonic cheeseburger is my favorite. I drove out of my way , even though gas prices are very high! I drove up to order employee told me and everyone else they were not taking orders just pickup. Why are you open if you're not taking orders!!!! We all drove over to Burger King 🤴. What a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!!

    Said their “systems were down” through the drive through and then ordered on the app and waited 30 minutes in a stall and the food never came. Went back around and I guess they just won’t bring the food out. We got our ice cold food through the drive through and left. I can’t say I’d recommend the place.

    I used the app to order while in their parking lot, finished my check in (like I normally do but in Birch run out in troy for appt) i wanted my hot day cool down slush and food. I checked in and waited the alloted time per app pushed the red button cuz I hadn't received it yet even tho app said confirm and then completed.. waiting for the sonic employee the screen shut down and shut off so after couple mins I moved to another spot and I say couple mins I waited over 44 mins for a on sale jr cheeseburger and added bacon, buffalo chix wrap a new refresher berry drink and my go to strawberry 🍓 slush add 🍓and cherry and nerds. Simple fast and easy 47 mins later still no intercom screen interaction, no sonic employee out delivering looking lost or confused nothing, I call store phone wrang for constant min no answer and hung up on me so I push resld button again finally about 3 mins later the employee delivered my order apologized but couldn't tell me what happened why my order got misplaced, forgotten, etc. She listened to my negative comments but said cuz I ordered w app had to get refund that way which is nearly impossible, let alone aggravating to have waited 46 mins for 4 quick small easy items that she offered 3 times to re make my order give her 2 mins that no refund threw her store was possible. But 2 mins shed have me a shake or my food hot and freshly prepared.... Um if that had been the case when my app order went thru then lost in carhop .... My question is sonic employees 2 mins she could get that in for me fresh why did I wait 44 mins???? Cold nasty no flavor food and my drink and slush melted and they messed up my sm slush badly.

    I went to Sonic on Monday March 16th 2026 to get my kids a slush and mozzarella cheese sticks. I ordered it in the app. I went thru the drive thru to get my order. Instead of the lady telling me that the slush machine was out at the microphone she let me get all the way to the window then she tells me. Well I did receive my mozzarella cheese sticks but I asked for a refund on the slushes….she proceeds to tell me that they can not give a refund I will have to call the number on the receipt. So I pulled off and over into a parking spot and calls the number. I was on the phone with this gentleman for about 30 minutes for him to tell me that someone from the store (manager) will call me and tell me that in 7-10 business days I will be getting my refund. So I said if no one calls me do I call this number back to speak to someone about getting my refund he states “yes”. So it’s been 9 business days so I decided to give the number on the receipt a call back. So I’m on the phone with this young lady for over 20 minutes for her to tell me “I’m sorry unfortunately since you received half of your order we can’t give a partial refund. I said can you transfer to someone that is over you like your manager. I’m sorry we can’t transfer to a manger. So at the end of the phone call she says you can call back up to the store and have me the store number. So I call the store and asked for the General Manager, of course they wasn’t there. The gentleman said call back at 3pm. I did just that but about 3:30pm and of course they want there so she says you can call back at 5 hopefully they will be here. So I am very disappointed with Sonic and we normally there about once a week. But not anymore I will not be spend my money at this franchise anymore. This is the only fast food place I know that does not give you a refund at the store….you have to call and talk to someone and then they don’t do partial refunds with is crazy to me.

    First of all, I like this location. It's close to the freeway and easy to get to. Close to home. I don't go here often, but the last 3 times we have been here have been a little disappointing. Here's why: My daughter told me about a new drink she saw on TikTok called the Dirty Coke Zero. It sounded icky at first, but I thought I would give it a try. The first time we went through drive thru to try it, it took us over 15 minutes and when we arrived home, they didn't make it right even though they charged us for it. A dirty coke zero has coconut flavor, limes, and sweet cream. The second time I went through drive thru was during lunch. I ordered one dirty coke zero. I waited in line for over 40 minutes (I was too close to the vehicle in front of me - otherwise I would have left) and anyhow, I was in line so long not seeing anyone, I thought there might be trouble inside so I called them. An employee answered and when I asked them if they were okay, he handed the phone to the manager, who told me they were having a manager meeting. I asked him if it were possible if he could help get us moving...and he did. When I got up to the window, I didn't say anything to the employee because I didn't think it was their fault, but I asked for the manager and questioned why was it taking so long. He told me he was having a manager meeting. He didn't apologize. He just handed me my drink. The third time I went into the drive thru, was yesterday, and after waiting 5 minutes for the vehicle who was sitting at the drive thru speaker to order, I decided to drive 17 minutes to another location because I just didn't have the confidence that the drive through would be quick. I was heading in that direction anyway. I have since called this in to customer service and have reported these visits. I hope they can figure out what happened and make some corrections. Until then, I will not be visiting this location.
