    Everytime i show up for a pickup order, I'll be standing at the pickup side and no one would ask if i need help or have an order. Train your employees to greet people waiting. Most other food places have better courtesy and professionalism. This happens multiple times. Get it together!!

    The man manager is very rude plus both of our sandwiches were made wrong I was told give it a couple of weeks for replacement coupons

    I ordered a Ham, egg, cheese and tomato croissant sandwich through the drive-thru. They forgot to add tomatoes. So I went inside to return it. I asked for my money back. The lady(manager) with the tattoo on her arm gave my back only $6.98. She didn’t give me back the money they charged me for the ham and tomatoes $2.98. So I paid for something I never received. Anyway, bad service and to top, the employees looked like they were miserable being there.

    Ordered salad on March 9th around 4pm and received this rotten, slimy and moldy mixed greens in my bowl. The 2 sandwiches we ordered had them too. The management should look into the cleanliness and quality of the food they should be serving and send back to training the employee who served food this way. As this was gross, returned it. Then saw another employee was hiding behind the bread shelves browsing on her phone while touching her eye and nose then, went back to the register to serve a customer without washing or even sanitizing her hands! Maybe the County Food Inspector will pay a visit to this location one of these days. On the other hand, the ladies working during breakfast hours are serving good food and things look clean in the morning.
