Great happy hour experience at Morton’s. Service was attentive, and the margarita was perfectly balanced.
Food highlights: smash burger sliders, onion rings, oysters, and the complimentary bread service (which was honestly a standout). The bread was pillowy, and the warm onion loaf was so good my husband and I finished the whole thing. Oysters were fresh with a nice kick from the horseradish and mignonette. Sliders were simple and delicious with pickles and onion. Onion rings were tasty but huge—definitely shareable.
Vibe is solid—more of a polished hotel lobby bar feel than anything overly atmospheric, but still a great spot for a relaxed happy hour.

Service by Marissa was terrific and very personalized. We were there for Lobster Extravaganza. Lobster size and flavor was great, but should have been drained better prior to serving. Made it difficult to break up the shell softened due to amount of water they were sitting in.
Scallop appetizer was delicious. Caesar Salad was mediocre. Martini's were ample but a bit pricey at $16.50 each.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but unfortunately this experience felt worth sharing.
A small group of us planned a date night to celebrate my birthday (which was a few days prior), and we went out on 3/21/26. None of us had tried Morton’s before, so we were genuinely excited. When we arrived, everything started off great, no issues early on. The appetizers came out promptly and were excellent.
However, after that, the wait for our main courses became noticeably long. At first, we didn’t think much of it, but as time went on, it became concerning. We had a 6:15 PM reservation, and by around 8:00–8:30 PM, we still had not received our entrees. It seemed like the entire restaurant was beginning to experience the same issue.
To the staff’s credit, they were very polite and did their best to manage the situation, and managers came around to apologize. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, it came out sporadically. My wife and I ordered a steak and a salmon dish, our steak was finished before the salmon even arrived, and the vegetables for the salmon came another 5–10 minutes after that.
The couple we were dining with both ordered filets, and both steaks were overcooked, closer to well-done or even burnt.
Overall, it was just a disappointing experience, especially given the expectations and price point. While the staff handled things professionally and did remove a few items from the bill, the evening itself was far from what we had hoped for. We didn’t leave until after 9:20 PM, over three hours after our reservation, and I ended up missing a surprise birthday gathering planned afterward.
I’d be open to giving Morton’s another chance, but I’m honestly unsure what went wrong that night and whether I’d want to risk a similar experience again.

I just had the best dining experience of my life here! Charlotte, our server, is the most compassionate and guest-forward human you have ever met. She exudes positivity and light and makes you feel like she's been your best friend for 20 years. She treated us like family and made us feel at home from the moment we sat down. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. We are already looking to schedule our next babysitter so we can come back soon! Pro tip: make reservations and request Charlotte - I promise you won't be disappointed!
