  Great donuts. They need to overhaul the Workforce here. Never had polite service here once. Always very short and rude. Today they said they didn't have change for $100 on a $30 bill, then she proceeds to pull change out of the drawer and throw it on the counter with an attitude. Doesn't matter how kind you are to them, you're going to get an attitude here.

  Had a craving for some KK this morning so we went out of our way to stop at this location for FRESH glazed. Lobby was locked? Drove through drive through to place order, order a dozen glazed, " that will be 2 hours for glazed" ok can I get minis? "What" ok just a mixed Dozen please, "pull around" i pull up to the Rude person behind the voice and notice why she couldn't hear me, she had napkins between her ear and headset? SMDH Ridiculous attitude, no thank you or have a nice day ???? oh well take Krispy Kreme off my List for Doughnut Go Too places.... its a shame they allow people to work at a Food service place like that 😕 😪 #DoBetterKrispyKreme

  Some of the best donuts ever! Also cool to watch them being made in real-time. I could imagine how hard it is to clean this place and maintain cleanliness. How could they possibly keep all the pests and rodents away?! 🤔

  Absolutely will not be returning here the entire environment is a bad vibe the lady taking my order was talking on her cell phone while taking my order employees should not be allowed to be on there phones while working i get if there's an emergency but this was not the case i can just tell she did not want to serve me as soon as I greeted her she rolled her eyes I am genuinely surprised if nobody else has complained

  On 3/15/26 at exactly 2:50 pm the girl taking orders in the drive thru was the rudest most inappropriate drive thru order interaction I have ever got. She kept cutting me off in a hurry and telling me ok ok ok drive up to the second window drive up to the second window! before I even finished giving her my order. She did that to the person in front of me and the person behind me. My window was open and i heard everything loud and clear. I gave exact times and date so yall know exactly who I’m takin about.
