    had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic while picking up a DoorDash order. The young male employee who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and clearly wanted to argue instead of doing his job. I approached the situation calmly and professionally, but he responded with attitude and unnecessary hostility. As a delivery driver, I expect basic respect and cooperation when picking up orders, just like any other customer. This interaction was uncomfortable and uncalled for. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not shown at all during my visit. I hope management addresses this behavior because it reflects poorly on the business. No one should be treated this way for simply doing their job. 01/09/2026

    New management same problems. Rude staff. It's been consistent when I come here. It's unfortunate because I love Sonic and this is the only location near me. So I make the gamble every now and then. I pulled into one of the parking spaces and waited then a man comes in a loudly and rudely says "DRIVE THRU" then hangs up. It was so off putting I just drove away. I noticed two other cars drove away around the same time. Just really sucks that Everytime I come something like this happens.

    Absolutely the worst service ever!! Waited 20 minutes to order and 25 in line (there were only 2 cars in front of me) and sat at the window for an additional 10 minutes with ZERO acknowledgement. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else!!!

    When I tell you I will never order from this one ever again. I ordered a chicken sandwich that taste like it came out of the microwave and my tots where undercooked… what a shame I had to waste my food smh

    Unfortunate experience tonight as I’ve come here multiple times traveling from Canada. I must have had a bad experience because I came at night time and the kid working drive thru does not care about anyone’s experience or how he treats the guests that come to this place. Pulled up to the menu board dec 1st, around 9pm, I was told to wait a minute, ended up waiting 15minutes. Went around to drivethru instead and told to wait again by the same kid. Waited another 5minutes just to order, so I said hello, hello, hello, eventually the guy on headset says “ DID I NOT TELL YOU A MINUTE” I said “ correct I been waiting 10.” He proceeds to say “ I WAS DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER, WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU” I’m sorry but I work in customer service and seeing multiple cars leave including myself is sad(sad for the company at least paying these people)the kid was wearing a hat, curly hair with a short curly bun. Will not be returning as my money will be better spent elsewhere. Unfortunate for all the others who had left because of this poor kids customer service. Shame. You know this place is bad when it’s got multiple complaints and all the manager does is direct you to corporate. Shame haha. -sincerely, a very upset customer.
