This previous visit I needed to wash my hands before I ate and there wasn’t any soap in the men’s room, I mentioned it to the lady at the counter and nothing was done. People can spread gems and sickness if they cannot properly wash their hands. I really hope the workers have a different sink to wash their hands in.

Went back up 10 min later was sitting on counter no one called. Waiting over 35 min from ordering while drive through was getting served first.

Panera is already overrated - but this one deserves to be highlighted as an example of everything wrong with the establishment. $40 for a cold sandwich and a bowl of soup. What a joke.
