The lady that was working the drive through helped me at the counter and was very nice. I asked for the bagel to be toasted, mainly my fault for not choosing that option at the keyiosk. She was double dutying so she asked a girl behind her in the kitchen to toast it. The kitchen girl was totally uninterested in being there. About 10 min went by and I tried to call out to the girl to find out about the bagel. No response didn't even look at me. She had air pods in maybe that's why, but why use them at work.?

Last two times I attempted to purchase something from the drive thru I've had to get out of the line because of the ridiculously long wait time. The last time I was able to get coffee from the drive thru it was barely warm. I don't know how you can pour someone a coffee into a paper cup and not realize it's cooled off significantly.
