They were so busy and short staffed this morning. I ordered at the kiosk. They were out of soufflés, so when I went to the counter, she said, “Pick whatever you want.” I picked the BLT sandwich saying, “I’ll give the bacon to my dog!” She brought out the sandwich to my table, with the bacon in a cup on the side. When I mentioned we didn’t have our bakery items yet, even though it was the cashier’s job to have gotten them, she said, “Stay seated, I’ll get them for you.” This is about the fifth time in six months that I’ve noticed her outstanding customer service. Well done, Shaun and Thank you!
