  Went here to pick up a delivery, there was barely 3 cars (including me) when I got here at 11:45 pm they closes at 12 am. They refused to help anyone in the drive through it was radio silence from them from the time I got here until now 12:05 while I’m writing this review. I’m stuck because now there are cars pilling up behind me and one person in front of me whom was already here waiting for help before I pulled up.i banged on the window and found out They were closed since 10 PM because their manager called off, but they didn’t even bother to let everyone who was waiting in the drive-through know this or turned this lights in the drive-through off so Everyone was just wasting their Time due to poor management

  This place is rude all the time they are closed but instead of putting signs on the menus they let people sit there and sit there and back up and back out because they're too lazy to put a sign or tell people through the speaker that they're closed. Oh, let's put a sign on the window that nobody sees because nobody's pulling forward. Yes you can see the people standing there ignoring me when I knocked on the window.

  Can you guys put in your actual hours and stop lying. Yall not open no 24 hours so stop saying you are. They just pick whatever time they wanna serve people man. Idk who runs this establishment but yall not properly running a business. Get your life’s together

  THEY THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I wish I could give it negative stars. I went through drive thru and ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese with no ketchup. They didn't seem to care about taking my order correctly. I got to the window and asked if they made it without ketchup. They said yes. I get home and there was ketchup. I go back and point it out. They make it again. I get home and there is still ketchup, but no cheese. I go back and point out that it has ketchup but no cheese. They said that I said no cheese. I tell them it was supposed to be no ketchup. I tell them to make it correctly. They slam the window in my face and tell me they are calling the police. I was frustrated, but I was not yelling, disrupting, or making a scene. I was just telling them to make the food the way I ordered and they refused, and told me they were calling the police. Needless to say, I am outraged they would treat a paying customer this way. It is not an exaggeration to say this was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

  Went inside and ordered at kiosk. Waited 15 minutes for nuggets and a large drink. Was given the wrong size and I ,as polite as I could, notified them it was the wrong size. Blonde manager up front scoffed and grumbled about giving them a second. They mark orders as complete on their order kiosk before done. They skip over in store orders in favor of drive thru. I have also seen an employee clean the drink fountain with blue degreaser. The one made blue specifically to indicate it is not for consumption. Avoid if possible. Not worth the hassle atm. The old managers were significantly better than this.
