  Absolutely will not be returning here the entire environment is a bad vibe the lady taking my order was talking on her cell phone while taking my order employees should not be allowed to be on there phones while working i get if there's an emergency but this was not the case i can just tell she did not want to serve me as soon as I greeted her she rolled her eyes I am genuinely surprised if nobody else has complained

  On 3/15/26 at exactly 2:50 pm the girl taking orders in the drive thru was the rudest most inappropriate drive thru order interaction I have ever got. She kept cutting me off in a hurry and telling me ok ok ok drive up to the second window drive up to the second window! before I even finished giving her my order. She did that to the person in front of me and the person behind me. My window was open and i heard everything loud and clear. I gave exact times and date so yall know exactly who I’m takin about.

  They changed the donuts to be smaller and taste more like the ones you can buy at the grocery store. Not fresh tasting anymore.

  I ordered two boxes of donuts, but the staff only gave me one. She went to get the manager, and she claimed that she saw me in the line and already took a box. That is totally bullshit and a lie. This was my first order at this store and my first time ever coming here to pick up. There is only one box in my entire car. Only after I insisted did I finally receive the two boxes that I had paid for and was entitled to. The way this store treats customers is terrible, and the management is just as bad.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Krispy Kreme. I placed a preorder weeks in advance for my child’s Valentine’s Day birthday donuts and still had issues from start to finish. The day before pickup, I called to confirm everything since I live 30 minutes away and had a scheduled pickup time of 6:15 AM. The employee told me she could not confirm or deny if my order would be ready, which was already concerning. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t get some of the donuts I had preordered because the icing “wasn’t ready.” That makes no sense considering I ordered well in advance and called the day before. On top of that, the donuts I did receive looked rushed and poorly made barely iced, sprinkles only on half, and overall just thrown together. It definitely did not match what I ordered or expected for a special occasion. I preordered two dozen donuts, but instead of getting what I selected, I was just given whatever was available. This was for my child’s birthday, and the lack of preparation and poor customer service really took away from the experience. I expected much better.
