  I just went in for beer, but what I saw looked significantly better than kroger.

  Five stars without hesitation. From the second we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well thought out. The staff greeted us right away, stayed attentive throughout the meal, and struck the perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space to enjoy our time. You can tell the team is well trained and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The food exceeded expectations across the board. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the flavors were layered and balanced rather than overwhelming. Portions were generous without sacrificing presentation. Even the small details—like the sides, sauces, and garnishes—were clearly prepared with care. Nothing felt rushed or thrown together. The restaurant itself was spotless, from the tables to the restrooms, and the overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion sizes, which is rare these days. It’s obvious this place takes pride in what they do. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

  1. Discriminatory behavior from a staff 2. Lazy employee would not verify the correct info and yell at customer to the embarrassment that they do not accept the voucher which is false. 3. Overall, bad experience I’ve never experienced yet from this store. Will never return. 4. Learned my lesson to record these interactions in the future- so the public can see how a customer can be treated. 5. It is not about $25 voucher and I save $25 in this economy, it is totally about how a customer can be mistreated and discriminated. I have been redeeming my voucher at this location without any issues until today. Unfortunately, an employee was extremely rude and yelled at us, stating that they do not accept the certificate for produce. She said, “Go to Aldi” in a condescending tone. She kept raising her voice “We don’t accept this. (false) What is this?” and yelled while we kept our tone professional. The certificate states do not go to Aldi, she did not even clearly read the instructions. The cashier was condescending and raised her voice, repeatedly stating they do not accept the certificate. I later called the program directly, and Fresh Thyme was listed as a participating location. It appeared the staff member did not know how to enter the certificate into the system and chose to dismiss it rather than seek clarification. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Yelling at customers and refusing to verify information is unacceptable. I hope management ensures proper staff training and respectful treatment for all customers. What made this especially upsetting was that the interaction felt targeted and discriminatory. The tone and treatment were noticeably different from previous experiences at this location, and it left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience & will not be returning in the future.

  Love this store just wish they had better areas to put your reusable bags when checking out at self checkout. Someplace FLAT would be very helpful instead of a circle that only half your bag can rest on.
