I frequent the location, and ALWAYS say good morning, please, thank you, have a good day etc. and these robots will stare at me and not say a word back. Not to mention the quality of drinks is very inconsistent - some days the lattes taste like actual milk, some days they’re just fine. I ~WAS~ a daily visitor, and for sure going elsewhere going forward.

Went inside to order to see the variety of munchkins they had for the grand kiddos. I didn't see any. So I asked if they did and they had them by the drive thru window! Asked if she could let me know what was available and there was a English breakdown and I just said to get glazed and variety. No glazed just rock hard stale powder balls. So disappointed, grand kids didn't want them. Needless to say will NOT be returning to this location.
