I have ordered the same drink several times a roasted white chocolate latte iced with OAT MILK being that I am extremely sensitive to WHOLE MILK with a pump of peppermint mocha substitute the whip cream for cold foam . Well my drink did not taste the same at all there was WHOLE MILK instead of oat milk as I asked and even when I saw chocolate syrup surrounding my cup I told the young lady I didn't want that in my cup she advised that's what I requested but it's not . I didn't even receive the caramel swirl that comes on the drink . I have called the location numerous times with no answer .
