- AAamanda arelaNov 5, 20251.0Bad workers, I went to the drive thru and it was a south Asian man asking us for our order, he gets cut off by his white co worker and she asks the same exact thing he very clearly said… we go up to the window and we see the white lady being micro aggressive and rude towards the south Asian worker in front of customers. She then proceeds to rush us out of the line and was just super rude in general. She seems like an undercover racist, hire better workers because I won’t be coming here again.

The workers at the drive thru were rude and trying very hard to rush me with my order. I got the Large Chai Latte with cereal milk and a side of ice, the lady at the window gave me a medium cup of ice and the drink filled the medium cup with none left over. My sister for the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the drink was not filled up in the slightest the whipped cream barely reached the rim of the cup. There was no pumpkin and the drink was mostly sugar and espresso.
