  Our server, Lara went above and beyond! She recommended items not listed on the menu and was incredibly attentive....refilling our water before we even had to ask. Her suggestions were delicious, and she helped us figure out the best way to order. Overall, she saved the experience for us after a bad experience with the hostess. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

  So, I wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken, but the line was out the door. I then decided to come here. I've been to Carrabba's, I knew the price would be considerably more. I figured the service and food would be worth it. WRONG!!!! The service and waiter were ok. The food however was not! Best part was the bread and the salad. Mozzarella sticks were bursting out of the side (overcooked). The Alfredo sauce was milk and the pasta was so overcooked, when I tried to mix up my Alfredo soup it started to look like mashed potatoes. The sauce was cold but I guess the mashed noodles was supposed to be hot enough to heat thw sauce back up. We spent 98 bucks including 20% tip. The waiter did offer and brought another bowl of Alfredo, but that was another 20 mins. Longer story short, just wait for the line to go down at Dave's.

  The waitress was very attentive to in helping me to get a good selection of Italian food to try since this was my first time trying CARRABBA’S restaurant she also checked backed on several occasions as to how the food tasted. Furthermore, she explained in detail the specials that CARRABBA’S restaurant were featuring. Moreover, she was quite pleasant and hospitable!! I enjoyed my first time vist and I will be sharing my experiences with friends, co- workers and family !!

  So we were there for a party- lots of people, lots of orders and movement (especially when there are kids). There were 2 servers for our whole party. They struggled to keep up with our drinks, orders and needs. The restaurant was mostly empty, but had struggles with orders. The food was mid at best and server was not knowledgeable about food allergies. * Worthy to note- our family has several sets of food allergies and we prescreened the menu to see if we would be able to eat. According to the website we could safely eat there. That is not true. We have a gluten allergy and a beef and pork allergy. We informed the server right away of our food allergies. My son, who has a gluten allergy, struggled to find food that he could easily eat. He decided that a Caesar salad with chicken would be safe. Wrong - they put croutons on even though we explained his allergies. I , allergic to beef and pork, figured I would have chicken with a side of asparagus. It should be safe. Wrong- the asparagus is cooked on the same surface as beef and pork. Though it is separate, it is still on the same surface. Thankfully I recognized that it didn't taste right & stopped eating. My daughter had a similar experience. Instead of taking care of the problem or offering a solution, the server brushed it off. Allergies - this restaurant doesn't seem to care. Little to nothing was done. I even explained the allergies to the server before we started the order and said if one of the cooks or manager needed more information, I would be glad to explain. No one came. Having years of restaurant experience (front & back of the house), I understand that it can be difficult, but doable to accommodate people with allergies. If something goes wrong, the restaurant should do a LOT to make sure the person is safe and ok. This didn't happen. This was super disappointing! I do NOT recommend this place at all! I'm still sick 2 days later! Not worth it!
