Came in with family for dinner. Nigel was our server. Now I figured we would have good service because it’s a fancier place, but not outstanding outstanding service. He was soo knowledgeable of the menu and knew what wine to pair with what meal. Very professional and already had bread and water coming to our table when we sat down. Will definitely be back and seeing Nigel. Food and service absolutely amazing.

I came here November 11, 2025 for Veterans Day and was treated extremely rudely by the server Brandon and the Assistant Manager Aaron.
When I arrived and asked about the Veterans Day special (free appetizer or free dessert), Brandon said he was not aware of it and could only offer me 10% off heroes discount. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he didn't want to bother her because she's "in a bad mood".
He brings the assistant manager, Aaron to my table. I pull up the veteran meal information on Carrabas website. Brandon said sarcastically to Aaron, "If it's on Google, I guess it's true." Aaron and Brandon both comment on my Army jacket and sarcastically say, "Well she's got the jacket."
I put in my order for an appetizer and tea.
Aaron walks away. I approach him and show him my military ID and I tell him I am a 47 yr old retired veteran and I dont appreciate the sarcasm and unprofessionalism. It is not my fault they are unaware of the veterans day deal. It is also not my fault that their manager is "in a bad mood". He still refuses to get the manager. He tells mr that this is a casual restaurant so they speak to their customers casually. I told him I considered the restaurant nice and professionalism should be practiced no matter how casual he considers it. He also said I was the only vetern
I ask another female server to get the manager. She does.
I speak to Kris about everything. Brandon leaves the table he is serving to address me and say, "I didn't say she was in a bad mood " He did.
I told him not to address me like that. He continues to walk through the restaurant telling his other coworkers that I am "talking shit". He continues to be abusive in his language, yelling through the restaurant.
These extremely rude "men" should have been fired on the spot.

I came here with my fiancé and we had a wonderful experience dining at this location. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. The staff greeted us kindly and made sure we were seated comfortably. Our server was attentive, friendly, and checked on us throughout the meal without making us feel rushed. It honestly felt like they genuinely cared that we were enjoying our time.
The food was delicious and full of flavor. The pasta dishes were cooked perfectly and the portions were very generous. We especially loved the warm bread served with the olive oil and herb mixture, it was simple but extremely good and something we kept going back to throughout the meal. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and you could tell that care was put into the seasoning and presentation.
The restaurant itself was clean and had a relaxing environment, making it a really enjoyable place to sit and talk. It was a comfortable and stress free dining experience which is exactly what we appreciated. We left feeling satisfied and happy with the service and the food.
Overall, this is definitely a place we would return to. The quality of the meal and the hospitality from the staff made our visit memorable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great Italian food with a welcoming atmosphere.

While dining in has always been fine, twice now I have had take-out and I am definitely done with that. Last time I had the caesar salad to go and this time the house salad. The caesar was totally bland and virtually tasteless. Today's house salad was a joke: The ONLY ingredients in the box was a ton of shredded lettuce and handfuls of carrots. That is IT! The "advertised" rest was totally absent. Finally, the takeout lasagna was at best, meh. No more takeouts - ever -f rom this place.

Absolutely fantastic! Carrabba's has a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for date night. The salmon was delicious along with the salad, asparagus and who could forget the carmel apple cheesecake...Yum! Our server, Alicia was a delight. Her recommendations were perfect. She was very attentive and went above and beyond always accommodating our every request. We will be back again. Thank you Alicia!
