  My wait time was longer than expected (they weren’t busy), I ordered the $7 box, choosing a roast beef sandwich and curly fries for my 2 options, with a Dr. pepper to drink. Was given a High-C to drink- which I corrected. No acknowledgement of mistake from window attendant. She then gives me a Dr Pepper looking drink.. Opened up my food to see regular crinkle fries, and a fish sandwich, not the roast beef nor curly fries like I had ordered. And my “Dr. Pepper”, tasted like a mix of every pop they offer. It was a dark color, high C, Sprite and Coke; all mixed into 1. No Dr Pepper taste to it though… This was a TOTAL reminder of why I’m not a regular fast food goer, and that fast food and the experience is always absolute garbage.

  Consistently one of the cleanest, most polite and best Arby's in the metro area. Arguably one of the best overall fast food places too. Food is good, but food is food. When you are treated they way they treat you here, you always go out of you way to come back again. Arby's corporate should use this location as a benchmark for all their restaurants. Thank you!!

  They were swamped when I stopped in. Looked like they were running short handed. But the manager was running the til and took my order. I asked about a coupon I had and if it applied to the sandwich I wanted. It didn't, but Mgr suggested a different sale which I bought. Good food. I left happy.
