I have to say the man at the counter and the other man that was taking drive thru orders as well as cleaning the dining room in between customers were so nice. As a retail operations manager, I expect a high level of customer service from my own staff, these two here were top notch. For the most part the food quality I have found when visiting an Arby's throughout the US is fairly consistent. It was the conversation and service at this Arby's that made our visit here memorable. My boyfriend is a very loud sneezer ( allergies ) and even one of the employees said "bless you". These men are definitely an assets to this Arby's.
