  Coffee is good but the food smells and tastes like plastic or chemicals. It’s really disgusting. When you actually walk into the building it also smells like burning plastic.

  The store closes at 8pm, but the food station closes before 6:30pm…. There is no point in going to Dunkin when they can’t serve hash browns or sandwiches!!!!! Terrible Service

  Asked for no ice I said I was ok with having less drink because I dislike all ice when I asked nicely if they could remake it because they filled the whole cup with ice they said we don’t do no ice and shut the window in my face wasn’t trying to get extra drink or anything just restaurant ice is gross

  I’ve never experienced such rude employees at a fire through. They won’t say a word, just hand you items like a robot. I frequent the location, and ALWAYS say good morning, please, thank you, have a good day etc. and these robots will stare at me and not say a word back. Not to mention the quality of drinks is very inconsistent - some days the lattes taste like actual milk, some days they’re just fine. I ~WAS~ a daily visitor, and for sure going elsewhere going forward.

  Friday morning coffee, toasted bagel and munchkins for hrand kids.place was clean but the only good thing I can say. Went inside to order to see the variety of munchkins they had for the grand kiddos. I didn't see any. So I asked if they did and they had them by the drive thru window! Asked if she could let me know what was available and there was a English breakdown and I just said to get glazed and variety. No glazed just rock hard stale powder balls. So disappointed, grand kids didn't want them. Needless to say will NOT be returning to this location.
