  Cassie was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. She was always willing to help and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Cassie!

  Came in for dinner this evening and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Our server was Ariana. She was great! Very personable and helped choose the best options. She made sure we got everything we ordered and checked in on us. I would definitely ask for her next time we come in. 👍👍The food tasted home made and seasoned just right. Only thing we missed is that we couldn't get a take home meal.

  Ariana at the Troy, MI location was an awesome waitress. Very attentive and personable. Without us even having to ask, she refilled all of drinks in a timely manner and brought more bread out when the basket was empty. All the food came out very quickly and tasted great. My only critique was that the food came out warm and I wish it had come out hotter.

  The 4 of us had a grand time at late lunch at Carrabba’s Troy. The bottle wine special was the icing on the cake. Lasagna was excellent crab cakes very good. Get the Calimari it was crisp and delicious it’s a must have. Our waitress Bridgette was a delight. She was very attentive and helpful.It became a special occasion.

  I've been trying to get on here to let the people know about another waitress her name is Cassie and I couldn't get on my phone while I was there and she was waiting on me so she let me use her phone her boss made her erase it which was probably embarrassing for her but I asked her if I can use her phone she was one of the best waitresses I've ever had just like Chris for my first experience there that's why I came back Cassie was just as good as Chris and I will be coming back I say at the Hamptons every now and then and these waitresses are that good they helped me choose my my entree my dessert my wine, the place is very affordable I was able to go there and spend only $100 and that included a bottle of wine and entree a trio entree with two sides and a take-home for an extra $10 with the upgrade of a the side dishes being asparagus, that was with my tip and they were lovely there I will definitely be going back....This was my first time there and I was staying at the Hampton suites and I wasn't really dressed for the occasion and I came in late but the waitress was so nice and very helpful with ordering my my entrees and my appetizers and my wine that was the best food I've ever had the best service I've ever had I came in kind of late an hour before they close I really wish I would have came in at like 8:00 instead of 9:00 you guys have got the best food it's terrific and the wine menu was very affordable is by the bottle and I was actually able to take that home sealed back to the hotel I mean thank you for a great opportunity and I'm an experience it was very good
