  It's been about 5 years since I've eaten at an Arby's and now I remember why. Although the food was good, and I got some good online deals, the experience was a mess. When I pulled up in the drive-thru, they said they didn't have my order, but then someone else checked and did find it. While they were getting it ready, I could hear people inside yelling at each other. When I got home, I realized that they had omitted all of the sauces for each item in my order (2x ketchup, 1x marinara, 1x Arby's sauce, 1x horseradish), and the drink was Diet Coke with ice instead of Dr Pepper without.

  I like arbies. I'm not sure if 100% stars is accurate but I haven't seen a reason for a problem.

  I came right before they closed (unknowingly). I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with the potato cakes on the side. Despite nearly closing, they took the time to freshly fry my order. The food was hot and fresh. Also the associate that helped me was as a very polite and humble person. Excellent experience! Glad they went the extra mile at the end of their shift

  My wait time was longer than expected (they weren’t busy), I ordered the $7 box, choosing a roast beef sandwich and curly fries for my 2 options, with a Dr. pepper to drink. Was given a High-C to drink- which I corrected. No acknowledgement of mistake from window attendant. She then gives me a Dr Pepper looking drink.. Opened up my food to see regular crinkle fries, and a fish sandwich, not the roast beef nor curly fries like I had ordered. And my “Dr. Pepper”, tasted like a mix of every pop they offer. It was a dark color, high C, Sprite and Coke; all mixed into 1. No Dr Pepper taste to it though… This was a TOTAL reminder of why I’m not a regular fast food goer, and that fast food and the experience is always absolute garbage.
