  DON'T GET TRAPPED IN THE DRIVETHROUGH! It was daylight when I arrived at this drivethrough, on a Tuesday evening. It was DARK when I left. I kept looking for a way to get out of the drive through but, no exit. Even if you're only a couple of cars from the ordering speaker, you'll be stuck! I think there were four or five cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Not long after, a van pulled up behind me. No escape! I was in town for work so, not familiar with the area. Taco Bell was convenient to where I was staying and, tacos sounded good. It had been a long day, it was late (about 8: p.m.), I was hangry, and the wait time in the drive through was ABSURD! My order: Three crunchy taco supremes and a chicken cantina bowl. That's it. I watched the guy who took my order as he waited for the order to come up. Literally held his hands behind his back and just stood there. NOT what you want to see when the sun has set as you wait in a "Fast Food" drive through for your order. I didn't say anything to the guy that handed me the bag of food. That was hard for me. Once I got settled and able to eat dinner, it was good. Everything you'd want your tacos to be. Good portions of meat, food was prepared fresh (no soggy hard shells), and they were wrapped as well as they could be. After getting some grub in my belly, I felt bad for the guy at the window that I snubbed. My receipt shows: Alexander M. and I was there April 14, 2026. Alex ~ you did your job well. I'm sorry for not expressing my appreciation for your patience and good attitude. Unfortunately, You are basically "the face" of Taco Bell when we come to the window. However, the individual in the back needs to pick up the pace ~ significantly! You probably get a lot of rude customers (which I wasn't, for a change) who are frustrated due to wait times. But you, young man, you held yourself higher than others would have and kept your chin up, did what you could, were polite and as attentive as you could be. Keep up the good work. Note: Alex couldn't have helped whomever was preparing the food in the back area as it is completely blocked off. He would have needed to abandon the drive through area to get back to the prep area. I'm sure he isn't allowed to just walk away and leave the register unattended. Overall, I'd give Alex four stars (there's always room for some improvement). Food: four stars as well b/c the crunchy tacos were crunchy but, the cantina bowl had next no no chicken in it. Service: I'd give four stars as well, to Alex. But to the person in the back preparing the food, one star b/c it Was done Correctly but took F O R E V E R! Atmosphere: I don't really know why they're even asking this. It's a fast food restaurant. The "atmosphere" is the same as it is at most fast food places.

  I entered random name for the order cuz i was in hurry. And they didnt even call me because they cant pronounce the name. My order was sat there for some time and i had to go and ask to pick up the order. When i came back to my hotel room, i found out that they missed my hot sauces (4 of them 30 cents each) so i had to eat these tacos without any sauce. Food was good. I could have been better with sauce.
