- JOJeriah OteroApr 16, 20261.0Was super excited to try Qdoba, I ordered a burrito with brown rice because unfortunately cilantro tastes like soap to me so I couldn’t eat the white rice. When food was delivered, I took the first bite of the burrito and realized there was white rice in it. Whatever, not a huge deal, but when I got a little over halfway through the burrito, I found a large piece of plastic, and almost swallowed it on accident. I called the restaurant to inform them in a kind way, and felt like I was inconveniencing them instead. The gentleman who answered was very monotone and seemed like he didn’t care too much and that this happens quite often…just asked what kind of protein I got and that the best he could do was a free entree but I’d have to redeem it in store. I respectfully declined. I’m really disappointed cause I was super excited to try Qdoba, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone and won’t be coming here again, at least not to this location.

She was great and tried to fix up my order that they messed up. The hot food is cold off the line while the cold food is room temp. How you can pull that off is a scientific marvel and should be studied.
