  Their service has gotten better over the years. And im thankful for that. Pulling in and out can ve difficult unless you come in from the back way safer to enter and exit the restaurant.

  25 minutes in the lobby waiting for my order. Nobody in front of me. I think that's finally it. I think I'm finally done with fast food. I stopped going to Taco Bell a couple years ago because of the service, I think this trip did it for McDonald's. I think the fast food business needs to go away.

  It’s supposed to be fast food not sit and wait 47 minutes for a meal. Don’t waste your time or money.

  Worst of the 3 McDonald’s in traverse city. The other two are fast & friendly, this one’s always 3x or 4x wait and the staff is far less attentive than the 31 location or the front st location. I’m not sure how there’s such a consistent difference between this location and the others. Their operation should be reviewed by the regional manager and/or franchise operator

  This McDonald’s is THE best one I’ve ever been to and it’s all thanks to the workers there! Every single one of them is always polite, timely, and friendly! I hope they know their hard work in such a fast paced environment doesn’t go unnoticed!
