Went today and was told at the speaker that there was no sour cream, lettuce, Baja blast, or nacho fries. This is not a new thing, have been there many of times before with the same results. Or course by then it's too late thanks to the genius who designed the drive through. Decided to get the DLT without sour cream or lettuce since I'm trapped and might as well get something for my time waiting. 20 minutes later when they finally get to me in the window they hand me my food, shockingly it's the wrong order. Just clean house, and bulldoze that location please.

They rushed us while we ordered, which is fine. Ignorable. Then as we pulled up they clarified our order, shut the window, and ranted about how they hate vegetarian customers. Honestly, didn’t care too much, but then we got home and realized they forgot part of our order. Really uncool. It’s fine to be annoyed about customers, I get it, but at least do your job right lmfao.
