Wasted a year and a half of my life at this sad excuse for an establishment and if you value mental health or your family’s health I would not eat here and please tell others to do the same. Almost killing an employee is no joke and suicide is no laughing matter Al and Drayven. I attempted suicide twice after leaving this establishment due to the mental abuse I underwent on a daily consistent basis with zero care from Al or Drayven and I will say Drayven was highly disrespectful when told and confronted with how he actually manages. Also he was given a promotion off the sweat of my back and I got told rude back handed comments like if you’d step up. What you want me to sleep in the back I already worked every weekend and Sunday. I say all that to say YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALMOST ENDING MY LIFE! Proceed with caution—this workplace does not value employee safety or well-being. These photos are when I was made to work last year when I clearly have a large stye can barely see and still got screamed at by Al. You people make me sick. I’ve got plenty more evidence of pure negligence like the fact that the coworker Theresa who harrased me for a year cause she’s Als friend wasn’t fired. She’s harrased countless others and has essentially made Qdoba a reputation and culture of negligence and abuse. Not firing or at least taking action against workplace abuse is highly illegal. You will be hearing from my labor attorney soon.

The employees were nice and did a great job putting my food together. That said. I pull in, watching a woman grabbing shredded cheese and other foods from the food prep counter with her bare hands. Meanwhile the other employees appropriately wore gloves. The lady went to the back of the restaurant and shortly before my boyfriend and I left, we found out that it was the manager on duty tonight at 9:20 pm, October 13th, 2025. As someone who works in food service, this is something the health department would have an issue with. Luckily, what I got was cooked and not raw. Other people wont be so lucky.
