I pull in, watching a woman grabbing shredded cheese and other foods from the food prep counter with her bare hands. Meanwhile the other employees appropriately wore gloves. The lady went to the back of the restaurant and shortly before my boyfriend and I left, we found out that it was the manager on duty tonight at 9:20 pm, October 13th, 2025. As someone who works in food service, this is something the health department would have an issue with. Luckily, what I got was cooked and not raw. Other people wont be so lucky.
