- NNNullNov 29, 20251.0I don't know what it is about this location but I have given them about 6 chances to not be as awful as they are every single time. I don't know whether it's the management or the owners but they clearly instruct their employees to routinely rip their customers off. I visit the Cadillac location several times monthly and can't even think of one instance I've had the same problem there. Whether it's just omitting items on the order, barely adding any of an item (not talking using the corporate amount, I am talking 2 individual slices of red onion, 7 small pieces of chicken), or ignoring the extra on the ticket EVERY SINGLE TIME. It gets old. I get more of an item I order regular amounts of at other Qdobas than I get here when I order extra. They only fill catering chips bags about 1/5th full compared to the nearly full bags you get at literally any other location. I normally wouldn't even take the time to post a review but it has to be intentional how terrible they handle the food orders here. Owners/management: fix this stuff because it's ridiculous. Why are you basically stealing money from your customers every single day?
