    Ordered to go. Food was good. Shouldn't be over $50 for a 3 topping pizza and side or dessert but it is.

    I had called ahead about using the 7.99 deal in store. I was told yes I could but upon arriving I ordered my two items medium pizza and Stix with salad bar... total should have been around 30$... ended up paying 40 because he up graded my pizza to a large and gave me another deal for whatever reason I didn't understand but I was to tired to argue. Salad bar had alot of soggy items and pizza was a Lil under cooked...

    Had a family member order a personal pizza and said “with a little bit of green peppers on it” When that pizza arrived it had maybe a 1 cm single piece of a green pepper on it too which the waitress stated “ here’s your pizza with a little bit of green pepper on it” and laughed. Common sense in the pizza world would be make it a light green pepper topping. At that point we weren’t going to complain because we were still waiting on the rest of the order and didn’t want to have them do somthing to it. Also find it unprofessional for a waitress to not have a bra when they have to deal with customers/kids. Will not be back to this location

    I’ve been staying in Traverse City for last month for work and stopped here 3x. First two were decent experiences but last night was greeted by a grumpy woman at the counter and her attitude was such a turn off that I instantly hit no tip when paying. I understand a bad day but leave it in the back of house…don’t bring it to the counter and take it out on a tired hungry customer.
