    So I went through the drive-thru and there was already a 10-minute wait but I was okay with that. So I ordered my sandwiches and then I went up to the window to pay and my order was confirmed and it was correct and when I got the bag I started pulling away but I was like let me check my sandwiches make sure they're correct and they were wrong so my first thought they probably just gave me somebody else's order. I quickly go inside. I let them know what's happening and then I got to go talk to a manager and that takes a moment and I let him know these are not the correct sandwiches and I tell him what sandwiches I'm supposed to get and he tells me that he will get new sandwiches made for me which already makes me upset cuz like what happened to the food that was supposed to be mine did they hand it to somebody else now? I'm thinking somebody else also got their order incorrect and I'm waiting for my food and I wait like 10 more minutes and he hands me the bag and he's like it was two of these same sandwiches right? And I was like no way it was two different sandwiches like I told you before and then he disappears eventually about 10 minutes later. One of the ladies making sandwiches is like what are you waiting for? And I was like oh this sandwich and this other sandwich and she makes the first sandwich and she says it's ready but then I'm like wait. What about my other sandwich and then I got to wait even longer for that. All in all it's been about 40 plus minutes. I wasn't offered a refund. I wasn't offered any compensation or anything but I had to wait closer to an hour just to get my food correct?.

    I came this morning (2/8) for two breakfast sandwiches. The drive through worker Adeline took my order and charged me $20, far more than what two breakfast sandwiches cost. I did not realize right away but after waiting over 15 minutes in the drive through, I realized and after getting my food I noticed the worker, Adeline, had torn off the “total” area from my receipt so I could not verify the price. Incredibly ratty thing to do. I don’t care about the money but I am not happy with the sneaky rattiness of the situation. Do better miss.

    I went in to Panera 1 week ago. I placed an order through the counter. My food did not taste good at all. And it was just made very poorly. So I asked to speak to a manager. And that’s when Kali came up. She told me there was nothing they can do and then proceeded to call me stupid all because I wanted my food right? She said she was the general manager and if so. I would be very disappointed having someone like her treat my customers the way she does.

    Ordered the spicy Fiesta chicken sandwich at drive thru, and the sandwich didn’t have the corn or red peppers on it. Just chicken and sauce. Irritating as hell.. I mean a $20 sandwich should be correct as advertised.
