Paesano's isn't trying to upset their food by having swanky new decor, a hipster vibe, or cringy topping combos. They're selling damn good pizza at a price that seems like it's still 2007 with a family friendly environment. I can only conclude that this is the reason why they've been there so long and Paesano's will probably outlast us all. Paesano's is the pizza that takes you back to your childhood.

The two employees working today were great, one was making the pizza, and the other was waiting on customers. There's a popular five dollar lunch special that includes a large slice of pizza with a side of sauce, two bread sticks, and a beverage. I opted for the $3.50 slice of pizza. It was a generous pizza slice loaded with cheese, homemade sauce, pepperoni, and a chewy crust made from scratch. Eating that slice of pizza with a complimentary side of ranch sauce in the cozy dining room that felt like an old school Italian cafe was so pleasant and enjoyable. Delicious, satisfying pizza at a reasonable price, a charming atmosphere, and a friendly and kind staff is what makes Paesano's my favorite pizzeria in Traverse City. Paesano's is wonderful.

They refused to look at the caller ID to see if I called. Everyone working in the store looked high and had no clue what they were doing. Probably why they close at 9pm on a Friday and there were 0 pizzas waiting to be picked up.

Really unique inside, had that old time Italian feeling. I wish they had pasta or spaghetti something that the granddaughter loves but she did love the pizza.
