- MMMargaretJan 2, 20261.0Our experience was terrible. My fiance and I waited 25 minutes for our drinks (a water and coke), and we weren't helped for another few minutes. Our server was kind of rude. We waited longer than normal for our entrees (it was 4pm on a Friday), once we got out food, we both got steaks, I cut into my steak and it smelled off, even from afar. My fiance took a whiff and gagged. When we notified a staff member, the manager was called over and only apologized once, before comping our meal and giving us a 20$ certificate. The only good part was the hostess was kind to us. The men's bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a while too.

The "pluses" of this experience was our waitress. Liv. She met our order as expected, while at the same time she kept us abreast as to how long our food was going to take from the kitchen to the table. She was outstanding and did a hell of a job. Thank you.
- NNNateDec 28, 20254.0Not a fan of the Ziosk device at the tables. Only way to pay now besides cash and if your child taps it when they see "games" it's an upcharge that's not well advertised. Food and service were spot on for this meal.
- SGS GDec 25, 20251.0Ordered two 6oz center cut sirloins, medium and medium well. One was medium rare and the other well done. There were so much unchewable connective tissue, couldn't eat the meat. Trash quality meat. Bread, salads and sides were good, but you go to a steakhouse for steak. Total fail.
