We ordered normal then when we went to pay the guy didn't say a single word when trying to interact with him and say thank you. One we were at the window for food we waited 15 minutes for our food. Once we received our food we noticed they forgot an item and so I sent in my partner. They then took an additional 15 minutes literally to just make the fry they forgot. I understand food services can be difficult and busy but given the circumstances this was not a great look as they told him they would have to wait. While waiting 7 Drive through orders were done and numerous in house and doordash orders were complete.
