I had an issue usthe kicks it didn't print my receipt and we couldn't find the order in the system but I couldn't reuse my coupon from the app. Without the coupon I wouldn't have had enough money to pay for my order. That was no problem for this manager he was an absolute gentleman and so kind. He helped me out and we got my food ordered and purchased. I could not have been more grateful and appreciative of his kindness. He made this mom of threes day in a way I don't think he even understood or knew he was. Just that 1 simple act of kindness made sure my little all could eat lunch on the way gone from our doctors appointment.

No manager did a thing. I was told the gm was on vacation and they could do nothing. Worst service in 53 years of coming here. Stay away!
