  Service is horrible, service time is terrible. Food is good but the place is often unclean

  People that work there are 80% of the time standing near the front window chatting laughing not doing anything waiting on the food to get to them, and it's usually at least 4 or 5 people. It's always near the beginning of lunch, and the end of breakfast suffers so bad because of it. I refuse to use the app anymore because of this location, there is no point to it, they have canceled my orders specifically by the lunch switch, when I put my orders in 20 minutes before the food switch to lunch, and by the time I get there and have to wait for the 2 people ahead of me at the speakers, because, for some reason this location takes 20 minutes for a person to go threw the line, by the time I get to the speaker I get my notification my order has been canceled at 10:32 or the earliest I had one canceled was 3 minutes before lunch time and I was next in line. So yeah the service here is not anything worth while. They think they have a good crew and stroke eachother off about it, mocking customers that annoy them and yeah 10 out of 10 service, will not be going here again. Today I spent 25 minutes in line for 2 sausage sandwiches

  Disappointed i cant give zero stars......we came in after work for a quick(or so we thought) dinner before driving an hour home. We placed our DINE IN order at 837pm. After 20 minutes of waiting we seen our sandwiches and one drink on our tray sitting on the counter in the back. Waited another 15 minutes and we still didn't get our food.....( they just needed 2 large fries and a frappe to complete our order.) Finally we get our food and our burgers are cold so my husband asked for fresh ones. Bc they had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes at this point. Now we have hot fries and no burgers. The " manager" on duty says sorry we were trying to get the frappe machine to work. And gave us an attitude bc we wanted fresh burgers bc in her words " apparently they were cold". Then when we get our fresh burgers 10 MINUTES later she says " I'm sorry we are short handed I don't know what you want me to do" ....then the guy from the back comes out and says sorry about the wait we are short handed not much we can do. And when we say that waiting 40 minutes for 2 meals is unacceptable especially when we watched at least 6 cars come and go through the drive through. He just shrugged his shoulders threw his hands up and walked away.We frequently eat at this McDonald's after late nights at work before heading home. Probably won't be anymore.

  How professional to prioritize people in the drive thru, not letting them wait more than 5 minutes, when you have people waiting over 30 mins in the lobby and then try to give those already pissed off customers cold fries. Not a good practice, do better. Im sure yall were planning on handing the fresh fries out the drive thru till my husband said something about ours being cold

  Unfortunately you can't leave zero stars, because that's what I would have done. You don't even deserve one star. The girl is the pick up window, started to hand me my drinks and told me here's my diet, and I stopped her right there. I didn't order a diet. She asked what drinks do I order. I said a large Dr Pepper, a large coke and a med coke. She says oh those are y9ye drinks I just don't know what one is which. Then she was in fact I'm correct and mixed mine and my passengers drinks up Then......we wait 14 more minutes for our food. Which NOTHING was even hot. The fries didn't even get eaten, they were absolutely disgusting 😠 By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO
